Política de privacidad
Informativa sulla privacy
Privacy policy
3. Qué NO recogemos
- Tu agenda, tus contactos, tus fotos.
- Notificaciones.
| Dato | A cosa serve | Base giuridica |
|---|---|---|
| Indirizzo email | Creare l'account, verificarlo, recuperare la password. | Esecuzione del contratto |
| Identificativo utente | Legare i tuoi eventi salvati al tuo account. | Esecuzione del contratto |
| Password | Entrare.
| Consenso |
Niente.
- Apple e Google — distribuiscono l'applicazione.
Vedi l'informativa cookie.
Fuori dall'Unione europea. OVHcloud e Scaleway trattano i dati nell'UE.
6. I tuoi diritti
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Augusta Bande, who provides the service under the trade name Studio Jable. Full identification details are in the legal notice.
For any privacy question: privacidad@planaqui.com.
2. What we collect, and what for
Planaquí works entirely without an account. If you do not sign up we collect none of the following, except the last five rows, and only if you use them.
| Data | What for | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Creating your account, verifying it, resetting your password. | Performance of a contract |
| User identifier | Tying your saved events to your account. | Performance of a contract |
| Password | Signing in. We store only a hash: we cannot read it or recover it, only let you reset it. | Performance of a contract |
| Saved events | Syncing them across your devices. We keep the event identifier and a courtesy label (title, date, place), so we can still show it to you after the event leaves the catalogue. | Performance of a contract |
| What you write in "Write to me", and your email if you leave it | Answering you and fixing what is broken. The email is optional: without it we read the message but cannot reply. A technical context that does not identify you travels with the message: the screen you are writing from, whether the app is installed or in the browser, the screen width and the phone's language. | Consent |
| A mistake report from an event's page: which event, what is wrong, the note if you write one, the language and the type of device (web, iOS, Android) | Checking the event against its source again and correcting it. The report is anonymous: it carries neither your account, your email nor your IP address. It becomes a work item on GitHub, in a private repository read only by the editors and by the automatic morning check. Do not write personal data in the note. | Consent |
| Your vote on the quality of an event (thumbs up or down): which event, which day, the vote, and a random identifier the app creates the first time you vote | Knowing which events are worth suggesting. The vote is anonymous: it carries neither your account nor your email. The identifier is not the phone's: the app generates it at random, and it only serves to let you change or withdraw your vote. On the server we keep a fingerprint of it, and 30 days after the event that is deleted too and only the vote remains. Only the editors see it, as totals. | Consent |
| Usage statistics, only if you say yes: which screens you open and in what order, which features you use (saving, sharing, adding to the calendar, searching, maps…), at what time and on which day of the week, the language, the system (iOS or Android) and the app version | Knowing which parts of the app are used and which are not, to decide what to improve. No account, no email, no location and nothing you type: of a search, only how many results it gave is sent. The app keeps no identifier on the phone: every launch is a new visitor, and what can be seen is the path within that visit. They go to PostHog, in its European Union cloud (Frankfurt), set up not to keep the IP address or infer your whereabouts from it. The app asks once; you turn them on and off in Settings › Usage statistics. | Consent |
| IP address | Counting sign-in attempts, mistake reports and votes, and stopping abuse. We do not keep the address: we keep a fingerprint, computed with a key that lives only in the server's memory and changes at every restart. The sign-in counter lasts 15 minutes; the report and vote counters reset every 24 hours. It is not tied to any account and is used for nothing else. | Legitimate interest (security) |
Technical logs. Like any web server, the one hosting the API records the IP address, the date and the path of each request, including the connection through which the app learns that a new agenda has arrived. They serve only to run and secure the service, and are deleted after 14 days. Netlify, which serves the website, keeps its own access logs.
3. What we do NOT collect
- Your location. The "use my location" button computes the distance on the phone. The coordinates never leave the device and never reach any server, ours or anyone else's.
- Third-party analytics inside the app. There is no Google Analytics, no Firebase and no advertising SDK, on iOS or on Android. The only measurement is the usage statistics described above, with PostHog and only if you say yes. The website is a different matter: the front page at planaqui.com measures visits with Google Analytics, and only if you accept it in the notice. The cookie policy says how.
- Advertising and tracking. Nothing. No advertising identifiers, no profiling, no ads, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
- Our own crash reports. We embed no crash reporting tool.
- Your calendar, contacts, photos. We do not read them. "Add to calendar" writes a file and hands it to the system sheet: the app does not read your calendar. If you share an event card as an image and choose to save it, the system adds it to Photos: the app can add an image, not see yours.
- Notifications. The app sends no push notifications and registers no token. Reminders for saved events, if you turn them on and grant permission, are scheduled by the phone itself: they go through no server.
- The widget. It shows the festivals you follow, from a copy the app leaves on the same phone. It does not leave the device.
- Device identifiers. We do not collect them. The random identifier used for votes (above) is created by the app and has nothing to do with the phone or with advertising. The usage statistics keep none.
4. Who else sees them
No one sees them for their own purposes. The providers involved, each as a processor and only for its own part:
- Netlify — serves the website and receives the messages from the "Write to me" form.
- OVHcloud (Kimsufi server) — hosts the API and the database holding accounts and saved events.
- GitHub, Inc. — keeps the mistake reports, in a private repository.
- Scaleway Transactional Email (TEM) — delivers the verification and password-reset emails.
- PostHog, Inc. — receives the usage statistics, if you have accepted them, and keeps them in its European cloud.
- Apple and Google — distribute the application. Whatever they collect on their own account is governed by their policies, not this one.
- Google Ireland Limited — measures visits to the website, and only the website, if you have accepted. It does not come inside the app. See the cookie policy.
The weather at the top of the app comes from Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). The app asks for the weather at a fixed point in the middle of the island, never at your location. As with any web request, Open-Meteo receives the phone's IP address; we receive nothing from that request.
All traffic between the app and the API is encrypted with HTTPS.
Outside the European Union. OVHcloud and Scaleway process data in the EU. Netlify and GitHub are US companies, and what they hold (the "Write to me" messages, the mistake reports) may be processed in the United States. So is PostHog: the usage statistics are stored in the EU, and if they were processed outside it the same applies. That transfer relies on the safeguards of the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, and in any case the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement.
5. How long we keep them
- Your account and your saved events: until you delete the account.
- Deletion is real and immediate: your user row is deleted and, by cascade, so are the sessions, email tokens, saved events and associated entitlements. There is no "deactivated account" and no copy left waiting.
- Security counters: 15 minutes for sign-ins, 24 hours for reports and votes. Deleting the account also deletes the ones carrying your email.
- Form messages: they stay in the Netlify dashboard until we delete them by hand.
- Mistake reports: they stay in the GitHub repository, also after the correction, until we delete them by hand.
- Votes on events: the identifier's fingerprint, for 30 days from the day of the event; after that the vote stays anonymous, for the editors' statistics.
- Usage statistics: 12 months in PostHog; then they are deleted.
6. Your rights
Two of them you exercise yourself, without asking anyone, on the app's Account screen:
- Access and portability — "Export my data" downloads everything we hold about you, in a readable file.
- Erasure — "Delete account", behind one confirmation. There is no undo.
The others — rectification, objection, restriction — are handled by writing to privacidad@planaqui.com.
Where the basis is your consent ("Write to me", the mistake reports, the votes and the usage statistics), you can withdraw it at any time by writing to the same address: we delete what you sent us. You can withdraw a vote yourself for 30 days by tapping the thumb again. You turn the usage statistics off yourself in Settings, and from then on the app sends nothing more; what was sent before carries nothing that lets us know which visits were yours, so we cannot find it or delete it separately. Processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful.
If you believe we have not done what we should, you can complain to your supervisory authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos: www.aepd.es.
7. Children
Planaquí is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 14 has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date in the footer changes with it. If the change affects what we collect, we will say so inside the app.
