Eliminare il tuo account Planaquí
You can delete your Planaquí account directly from the app.
Delete your account from the app
Open Planaquí, tap the settings icon in the header, then:
Account → Delete account
Confirm, and the account is deleted at once.
If you no longer have access to the app
You can request deletion of your Planaquí account by writing to:
Please send the request from the email address of your Planaquí account, so we can tell it is yours.
What is deleted
Deletion is real and immediate. Your user record is deleted and, with it:
- your email address and your password hash;
- your sessions and any pending email links;
- the events you saved to the account;
- the security counters that carry your email.
There is no "deactivated account" and no copy left waiting. Events saved on the phone itself stay there.
What is not tied to the account
Messages sent through "Write to me" and mistake reports are not linked to your account. If you want them deleted too, write to the address above. Details are in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Planaquí directamente desde la app.
Desde la app
Abre Planaquí, toca el icono de ajustes en la cabecera y luego:
Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta
Confirma, y la cuenta se borra en el momento.
Si ya no tienes acceso a la app
Puedes pedir que la borremos escribiendo a:
Escríbenos desde el correo de tu cuenta de Planaquí, así sabemos que es tuya.
Qué se borra
El borrado es real e inmediato. Se elimina tu usuario y, con él:
- tu correo y el hash de tu contraseña;
- tus sesiones y los enlaces de correo pendientes;
- los eventos que guardaste en la cuenta;
- los contadores de seguridad que llevan tu correo.
No hay «cuenta desactivada» ni copia a la espera. Los guardados del propio teléfono se quedan donde están.
Lo que no está ligado a la cuenta
Los mensajes de «Escríbeme» y los avisos de error no van ligados a tu cuenta. Si quieres que los borremos también, escríbenos a la misma dirección. Los detalles están en la política de privacidad.
Eliminar la cuenta es definitivo y no se puede deshacer.

Dall'app
Apri Planaquí, tocca l'icona delle impostazioni nell'intestazione e poi:
Account → Elimina account
Conferma, e l'account si cancella subito.
Se non hai più accesso all'app
Puoi chiederci di eliminarlo scrivendo a:
Scrivici dall'indirizzo del tuo account Planaquí, così sappiamo che è tuo.
Cosa si cancella
La cancellazione è reale e immediata. Si elimina il tuo utente e, con lui:
- la tua email e l'hash della password;
- le sessioni e i link email in sospeso;
- gli eventi salvati nell'account;
- i contatori di sicurezza che portano la tua email.
Non esiste un «account disattivato» né una copia in attesa. I salvati sul telefono restano dove sono.
Cosa non è legato all'account
I messaggi di «Scrivimi» e le segnalazioni di errore non sono legati al tuo account. Se vuoi che cancelliamo anche quelli, scrivici allo stesso indirizzo. I dettagli sono nell'informativa sulla privacy.
Eliminare l'account è definitivo e non si può annullare.
